LEGO Time by IQHK One (1)-Year Limited Warranty 

IQHK warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.  

What is covered?  

• Defects in the manufacturing; this is defined as a fault in the material or the workmanship of the product.  

What is not covered?  

• Batteries or normal battery depletion   
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, drops, or impacts   
• Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair   
• Water exposure, excessive humidity, outdoor use, or exposure to extreme temperatures   
• Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear that does not affect functionality   
• Damage caused by battery leakage   
• Compatibility issues caused by worn, warped, aged, or non-standard bricks or accessories   
• Items purchased through a non-authorized retailer  

What we will do:  

• Provide a replacement item.  

  Information Required:  

• A copy of a dated proof of purchase  
• A picture or short video showing the issue(s)  
• Detailed description of the defect  

This warranty is applicable to private residential customers only and does not apply to retailers and commercial establishments. This warranty provides you with specific rights; you may have other rights that vary by region, country, or state.
